Miake, Fort Weyr Dawn Wing Rider to Green Tylisath
History
Tylisath
Logs

Miake grew up at Fort Weyr, seeing the dragons coming and going, living with her greenrider mother or brown rider father for most of her life. However, after her first unsuccessful Search, she felt it wasn't for her... until the second time, when she found her Oceanic Aventurine Green Tylisath waiting on the Sands.

Miake
Long, bleach blond hair has recently been trimmed, bottom curling under, adding volume as it poofs loosely around her head and torso. The blonde mass falls to just above her waist; a small section on each side dyed a bright green, a green that, mixed with her yellow hair, matches her eyes. Pale lashes surround liquid eyes, any movement obscuring the color. She has a small nose, unblemished by freckles, and full pink lips, high cheekbones finishing her face. She's taller then average, slender, yet muscled. Womanly curves and a slim waist accent her well-formed shape. Paler lines dance over parts of her tanned body, scars that have never totally healed.

Tylisath
Waves crest above the open sea, crescendoing to the fullest of climaxes before crashing into the shore in a cloud of foam and spray that washes itself over the pale new green hide of this dragonet. The delicate coloration of new-blown apprentice glass forms itself into fragile-seeming wingsails, shored up by spars carved from translucent jadeite that melt seamlessly into a body shaped from finely-grained aventurine. Veins of pyrite mingle with the ribbons of kelp that trail along haunches and down tail, forming shadows and ripples that play with the light and grant illusory depth to salt-scrubbed hide. Pearlescent paua streams along her underbelly, contrasting with coral-tipped talons that rake furrows in the earth. The fleeting images of fish darting in and out of sea grasses tease the eye, flitting away and down her neck before one can truly identify them as existing or not. Bright, intelligent eyes whirl in a surprisingly dainty head, though her muzzle is perhaps slightly more snubbed than those of her clutchsisters.

Brown Visee
Dull as mud from snout to tail is this small and stocky fellow. Even though his color changes from clay-reddish brown at his rump to darker rich-soil brown along his legs and tail, to creamy-cocoa mud-puddle brown all over his upper body, there's no brightness or luster to him at all: he can be summed up quite distinctly as a muddy-blah color. His build is solid, with broad droopy wings and ample hindquarters-- whether that'll develop into muscle and not just bulk remains to be seen. He has a certain air about him, a way of examining his surroundings and then giving a dismissive sniff, so as to suggest that the entirety of his environment is somehow beneath his notice.
